LEGAL
Terms of use
These terms describe the intended use of the Havenly demonstration marketplace. They are not a substitute for the final terms that must be reviewed and adopted by the legal entity operating a production service.
1. About Havenly
Havenly is presented here as a UK property marketplace and property-information product concept. Property listings, agents, prices, scores, availability and other information may be demonstration data and must not be treated as verified facts unless the service explicitly identifies a source and verification status.
2. Property information
Information can change and may contain errors or omissions. A confidence score is an information-quality aid, not a valuation, survey, title guarantee, legal opinion, mortgage decision or guarantee that a transaction will complete.
3. Ask Havenly
Ask Havenly may interpret searches and present property information. AI-generated or automated responses can be incomplete or wrong. Users should verify material information with the relevant agent, seller, landlord, conveyancer, lender, surveyor or other appropriate professional before making a decision.
4. Enquiries and viewings
Submitting an enquiry or viewing request does not create a contract, reserve a property or guarantee an appointment. Availability and arrangements must be confirmed by the relevant agent or property provider.
5. Agents
Production agent onboarding should require identity, business, role and regulatory checks appropriate to the service. Where applicable, property agents must meet relevant UK requirements, including approved redress-scheme obligations.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, submit fraudulent information, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Havenly privacy information. See Privacy and Cookies.
8. Complaints
For a production service, a clear complaints procedure and applicable escalation route will be published. Property-agent redress arrangements depend on the regulated activity and jurisdiction; users should ask the relevant agent which approved scheme they belong to.
9. Changes and availability
The service may change, be unavailable, or contain demonstration functionality while under development.
10. Production status
This site is currently a product demonstration. Before public launch, the operating entity, registered/contact details, governing law, final contractual terms, complaints procedure, regulatory arrangements and applicable policies must be completed and legally reviewed.
